2. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim for completeness and validity.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted the material about the takedown.
  • Allow the user to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was mistaken.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If content was removed from Plenty Tori due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was an error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • The URL of the material that was removed.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of Nigerian courts (or your local equivalent) for resolving disputes.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent reinstatement.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with DMCA requirements, Plenty Tori maintains a strict policy for repeat offenders. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently disabled.

5. Good-Faith Compliance

Plenty Tori is committed to acting in good faith when handling copyright complaints. We encourage anyone submitting a DMCA notice to ensure that their claims are valid and accurate. Abuse of the DMCA process may result in account restrictions or legal consequences.
